By signing your home university’s rules and regulations you have agreed to the Drill Hall Library’s rules and regulations. Our code of conduct provides an outline of your responsibilities in respect of the library and this should be read in conjunction with the rules and regulations.
It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with and to observe the Drill Hall Library‘s rules and regulations, code of conduct and the IT policies of your home institution.
IT policies Drill Hall Library users are required to abide by the regulations for computer use issued by their home institution, which should be read and applied in conjunction with the Drill Hall Library rules and regulations. It is your responsibility to read and comply with these regulations, as well as your university regulations, links to which, can be found under the “Universities at Medway” section on this page.
If you are unhappy with the service you have received in the library, please speak to a member of the library staff on duty between 9am – 5pm, if outside these hours, please email dhlhelp@medway.ac.uk
If you are not satisfied with this initial approach, you can make an informal or formal complaint to the Library Manager in writing, email M.Brooks@greenwich.ac.uk or telephone 01634 883878
Students. If you are not satisfied that the matter has been resolved with Library Services, you should follow your University’s Student complaint procedure
