Each 25 minute session will include guided imagery with some of the following: Breathing control. Body relaxation through self-scanning. Mindfulness techniques. Focusing on safe space, calm space, & increasing tolerance to discomfort. Focus on desired cognitive and behavioural change. Using your innate Resources.
