Using the library

The library collection held at the Universities at Medway contains in the region of 130,000 items, including books, journals, CDs and DVDs. There is also a wide range of electronic resources to support your studies, including library catalogues and online resources.

Entry to the Drill Hall Library is by ID card only (student or staff ID card, or a pass issued by the library for our external users) - no card, no entry. This is also your library card, which you will use to borrow library items.

The Drill Hall Library has seating for over 600 students. We also have over 400 PCs and laptops.
