Clinical Staff from NHS Trusts
Free Membership including restricted borrowing rights and PC Access is available to Clinical staff from NHS Trusts with whom the Universities at Medway Partner Institutions have placement agreements.

- A Personal Library account - You can borrow up to 5 ordinary loan items from the Drill Hall (Medway campus) Library stock at one time. To avoid any misunderstanding, however, please note that Short Loans are only available for reference and not borrowing. Study Loans, Counter Materials, Inter–site loans, Inter Library loans and reservations are excluded from the scheme. Additionally due to educational licence agreements, electronic databases, electronic books and journals and specialist software are available only to registered members who make up the Universities at Medway.

How to Apply:
To register as a Clinical Staff member you will need to complete a Drill Hall Library registration form or alternatively you can obtain a copy from the Library Counter.
You will need to bring with you: your NHS Trust Staff Identification Card and a letter from your manager on Trust headed notepaper confirming employment plus proof of your home address e.g. drivers licence, utility bill etc. in addition to a passport size photograph.
On completion of our registration process we will issue you with a Universities at Medway Library card, your library account number and a Drill Hall Library Information Leaflet. Membership is valid for one year.
Subsequent visits once you have registered and received your Library card
You will need to bring your Universities at Medway Library card with you on every visit and sign in at Reception in order to gain entry to the Drill Hall Library.
