Printer credits

Printing is paid for using a top-up credit system. Some courses give you some credit at the start of term. Credits can be bought online or from machines in the libary, depending on your university.

Where to buy credits and how to check your balance

Your print job will not print out unless you have sufficient print credit to cover all of the pages you wish to print. Please note, we do not accept cash or card payments for printer credit at the Welcome Desk.

University of Greenwich

There are two print credit machines located in the Group Study Zone (below the mezzanine and behind the Reception Desk). The machines accept £2, £1, 50p, 20p, 10p and 5p coins. Login with your computer account to add credit to your account.

To view your print balance click on the £ sign in the system tray at the bottom right of your computer screen.

University of Kent

A print credit machine is located in the Group Study Zone (below the mezzanine and behind the reception desk). The machine accepts £2, £1 and 50p coins (minimum payment £1).

You can also pay online and check your balance and printing history on campus and off campus No minimum purchase.

To view your print balance when using one of our PCs click on the PaperCut icon in the system tray at the bottom right of your computer screen (will be displayed in a box at the top of the screen).

 

Canterbury Christ Church University

You can purchase print credit from the reception in Rowan Williams Court building. Alternatively you can top up your print credit and check your print balance online.
