We offer instructor-led and one-to-one coaching sessions for students of each partner institution. Please click on the relevant section below for more details.
If you require help with using MS Office applications or generally feel a bit lost using e-mail and the internet, we offer one-to-one coaching sessions. Please enquire at the Helpesk or e-mail email@example.com - training MUST be booked in advance, we cannot offer it on a drop-in basis.
Library skills training
Library skills training sessions run every term in the Drill Hall Library training rooms. Most sessions will be run by your subject librarian as part of your programme and will be subject-specific, assisting you in researching for your course work or dissertation. You will be told about these sessions by your lecturers.
Other sessions will be more general and open to everyone. For details of these training sessions available, please see our events calendar, which also contains information about dropins and events run in the library by other departments.
You may also book one-to-one training session with your subject librarian.
Alternatively, visit the Helpdesk for one-to-one help from our on-call librarian.
