During core hours we operate a roaming service, but members of staff are always present in the library and happy to help with any enquiry.
We also operate a Noisy Neighbours scheme, which allows you to report any disturbances due to noise via email.
Alternatively please feel free to visit one of our help points below.
If you have lost any personal possessions, check with Reception to find out if they have been handed in.
The main Reception Desk at the library's entrance is staffed during opening hours. As well as monitoring entry to the building, our Reception and Security team will happily help with:
They are also trained first-aiders and will assist you in any emergency situation.
The Helpdesk in the main foyer is your first port of call for basic library and IT enquiries. Specialist staff are on call to provide more advanced help.
