We aim to make our resources and services accessible to all Drill Hall Library users. Our web pages highlight the main ways in which we can help you with your studies, whether you need help using our assistive technology or reaching the books on our shelves. However, if you are unable to find the information you are looking for on these pages, please email the library's disability support team at email@example.com, who will respond to you as quickly as possible.
If you would like an individual induction, need any help or advice, or would like a tour of the library, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your personal assistant, support worker or carer is welcome to visit the library with you. They will be asked to sign in at reception and complete a registration form on their first visit. Their library access card will be ready for collection on their next visit.
Your librarian will be happy to answer any subject-related questions. To find out who your subject librarian is take a look at our subject pages.
Each of the Universities at Medway partner institutions have a disability support team. To find out what they can do for you check their webpages.
